We are thankful for the Food Network for recognizing our time honored tradition of making great sauce! So I am declaring that Sunday night is pasta night! (try the vodka sauce if you can& enjoy the show)

Mark - Just finished watching the Throwdown with Bobby Flay, and even though yours did not win - I think from looking at it - I WOULD HAVE PICKED YOURS. I would have wanted the more traditional flavor and looking at them - your texture looked better too. I THINK YOUR A WINNER !!! Your Dad looked so proud too, and Rick looked so happy for you too. You looked like you had SOOO MUCH FUN - and I was proud to say your one of our vendors. It was a great show !!!!

Hey Sauce Boy!! I watched the “throw down” last night. You looked awesome…you haven’t changed since high school! It was fun watching you, Rick and your Dad…it brought back alot of fun memories. I think Bobby Flay paid off the judges, I know your lasagna was way better! Your lasagna looked so good that it made us hungry for some great Italian food so Carla is making her Mom’s sauce for dinner tonight…only because we haven’t found your sauce where we live. Mark- I saw your throwdown with Bobby Flay. What a blast you must of had. I was more interested in your lasagna than his because of how you made it with the meatballs. It looked very inticing. I don’t know if I will ever make it to VT or not but if I do I would love to make it to your place and try the best. I am going to try and make some lasagna tonight it looked so good. Mark, just watched the show and hands done, your lasagna looked the best! When it comes to lasagna, down home sauce, flavorful meat, and layers of cheese are what make it a winner. Bobby Flay may have been the judges choice, but you WIN the Viewers Choice!
