After last night’s show on the Food Network, we have had so many requests for the lasagna. I still would love for everyone to try the meatballs and the different sauces, because the sauces rock Remember, the key to great lasagna is both the sauce and the meatballs.

Requesting the sauce and meatballs in your local grocery store is the only way to bring what you saw last night to your store. Trust me, the stores will listen. Just put a bug in their ear

So as not to confuse anyone, my name hasn’t changed. People still call me The Sauceboy . . . for now.

I apologize to all my loyal customers and my new ones. I haven’t given much attention to my blog lately, but that’s about to change. I have been answering a lot of questions through email and trying to give my personal touch with each and every one of them regarding our products and, of course, the lasagna. I consider you all family.

In the next few weeks I will be posting a blog that will hopefully explain my absence from my site. I continue to enjoy all the emails that I get from the Throwdown show.
